brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"script wp-block-heading\">Visitors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Give pleasure and take the time to chat to find out their expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guarantee a kindly welcome, share &#8220;Wow&#8221; experiences and facilitate access to tourist information. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Position ourselves as the expert on the destination: personalised advice, invitation to discover.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be the guarantor of the promise of a &#8220;pleasant surprise&#8221; and offer a range of services with added value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect opinions, take note of them, summarise them and introduce remedial actions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"script wp-block-heading\"> Team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take ownership of the new identity and the values of the brand: empathy, respect, openness, creativity. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share and exchange with members of staff in order to develop new projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take the time to communicate and to use new tools for internal communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve efficiency and sustain quality by careful management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivate and introduce internal challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide training to make more of the know-how of the members of staff. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"script wp-block-heading\">Tourism service providers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take ownership of the new identity and the values of the brand: empathy, respect, openness, creativity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the different players in touch via networks. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a close link: federate and inform the network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support in adapting to the tourism market and promote the range of services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop commercial tools allowing them to welcome their customer: distribution of documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide training in the knowledge of the territory for the players.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess satisfaction in the services from the Tourist Office <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"script wp-block-heading\">Residents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take ownership of the new identity and the values of the brand: empathy, respect, openness, creativity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote their involvement in tourist information material.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a network of ambassadors for the destination and involve them in territorial projects <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"script wp-block-heading\">Local councillors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take ownership of the new identity and the values of the brand: empathy, respect, openness, creativity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement the tourism strategy in accordance with the wishes of the community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Observe and measure the impact of tourism on the local economy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduce the public finding share in the Tourist Office&#8217;s operational budget. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"script wp-block-heading\">Territory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Invest in local products and local know-how to develop the shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set an example in environmental matters and adopt the &#8220;right actions&#8221;
