The Pays de Saverne Tourist and Trade Office (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tourist Office’) is committed to protecting the personal information and privacy of its customers, website visitors and anyone using its services in general.

1. Identity of the data controller

The Pays de Saverne Tourist and Trade Office, a public industrial and commercial establishment (EPIC), whose registered office is located at 16 rue du Zornhoff – F-67700 SAVERNE, represented by Ms Céline GERBER, in her capacity as director.

2. Processing of personal data

As part of the operation of the https://www.tourisme-saverne.fr/ website, the Tourist Office collects data about you. This data is processed in accordance with the purposes specified at the time of collection, with some information being mandatory and other information optional, as indicated in the collection forms.

The Tourist Office may collect the following data from you:

Collection forms: identification and contact details (surname, first name, email address, telephone number, subject of messages, messages, date and time of messages).

Finally, you have additional rights provided for by national legislation, such as guidelines on the storage, erasure and communication of your personal data after your death.

Taking into account technological developments, implementation costs, the nature of the data to be protected and the risks to individuals’ rights and freedoms, the Tourist Office implements all appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data collected and processed and to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.

However, it is the responsibility of each user to ensure the security of personal data transmissions over the Internet. The Tourist Office cannot be held responsible for the transmission of personal data over the Internet.

7. Transfer of personal data

Personal data collected on the website is reserved exclusively for the Tourist Office. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

8. Cookies
